Technical note
Performance, warranty, integration, triggering and installation details may vary by model and project. Final design is determined after site survey, risk assessment and technical suitability review. Dedicated variants such as First Alert Ready must not be treated as standard/base-model features.
Does Fog Cannon replace the alarm system?
No. Fog Cannon complements alarm and detection systems by adding active security fog in a verified incident scenario.
Can it integrate with Ajax?
Yes, depending on the project architecture and the available input/output design. The final trigger scenario is determined after technical survey.
Can it work with an existing CCTV or alarm system?
In many projects the existing infrastructure can be retained. Compatibility, relay/IO logic, verification and security scenarios are confirmed during technical review.
How is the correct model selected?
Protected volume, geometry, entrances, ceiling conditions, usage pattern and risk level are evaluated together. Selection is not based on floor area alone.
How quickly is fog generated?
Fog output varies by model. Official product pages provide model-specific m³ / time figures; actual project performance depends on volume and installation conditions.
How are false activations prevented?
Trigger logic does not have to rely on a single detector. Dual verification, alarm logic, timing and user procedures can be designed according to project risk.

Is a site survey required?
